The Coolwater is a mountain side estate that overlooks the quiet and quaint Thai village of Kamala on Phuket's west coast. The beach at Kamala is wide, gently sloping, and relatively peaceful year round, the water is clear and warm, and the surf is typically gentle - it's a perfect place for swimming and relaxing.

In the green season some good surf can be found on the northern end where tourists and an ever growing contingent of locals enjoy the warm summer waves.

The villas are strikingly designed and fashioned from aluminum, steel and whitewashed concrete are set amongst lush, tropical gardens. The finishes are unashamedly modern, with many of the floor-to-ceiling windows doubling as sliding doors, letting in both the stunning tropical scenery and the cooling breezes that constantly whisper through the estate. Your view over the valley below is of swaying treetops, village scenes, and the sparkling Bay of Kamala. The setting is serene and the houses are stylish, with all the comforts of a home.

2. Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above.

3. Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above

4. Rates include Continental breakfast, prepared daily by the in-villa employees

5. Baby cot provided FOC

6. Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).

7. Rates are quoted in US Dollars.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited for use in the same villa as originally booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.

For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.

Should a Guest wish to change villa while on site, 7 days notice are required. Should the Guest changes property immediately on arrival the 7 days notice will be forfeited. Should the Guest wish to stay in another villa at a lower rate, the Guest is not entitled to a refund on the amount originally paid, should the 2nd villa be more expensive, the Guest is required to pay the difference on site and the booking agent is not entitled to any commission

Early departure is subject to the cancellation conditions as specified above.
