Villa Arawan has outstanding views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches on the West coast of Phuket and also overlooks the small peninsula between the two beaches where the Amanpuri and Chedi exclusive hotels are situated.

The Villa is a 5 bedroom Northern Thai style villa located within a private estate, Ayara Surin, with its own entrance at the end of a no-through road. mix of Thai and Western styles, with polished teak floors and lovely Thai soft furnishings, plus modern western bathrooms. The infinity swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metresm with a depth of 1.6meters throughout. There is also a large heated whirlpool with its own terrace.

The Villa staff (housekeeper/cook, pool/handyman) look forward to welcoming you and taking care of you during your stay and a 4-seat Honda CRV is available for rent during your stay at the house; if you choose to do this, the villa driver’s will be provided without charge during normal day-time hours.

2. Rates are quoted on a per VILLA basis and for the maximum number of Guests (including children) as specified above.

3. Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above

4. Rates include Continental breakfast, prepared daily by the in-villa employees

5. Baby cot provided FOC

6. Charges for airport transfer are applicable per trip and for a maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle (private mini bus or luxury car).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited for use in the same villa as originally booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date.

For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.

Should a Guest wish to change villa while on site, 7 days notice are required. Should the Guest changes property immediately on arrival the 7 days notice will be forfeited. Should the Guest wish to stay in another villa at a lower rate, the Guest is not entitled to a refund on the amount originally paid, should the 2nd villa be more expensive, the Guest is required to pay the difference on site and the booking agent is not entitled to any commission

Early departure is subject to the cancellation conditions as specified above.
