Villa Inti comprises of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with separate bathroom en-suites. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and the third bedroom has two oversized single beds. The living area has a large antique day bed with scattered cushions which overlooks the swimming pool. The dining area seats six people comfortably. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Villa Inti is a traditional designed villa offering both warmth and charm to its guests.


 

The swimming pool looks out to some spectacular scenery and lush green rice terraces along with pool loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. The villa is well suited to couples and families alike. For the infants there is a portable cot that pulls out to be a change table.

With a total of seven staff to cater to your everyday needs, including 3 excellent trained housekeepers and a cook, 2 gardeners and pool attendants, 3 security staff and an on-call site manager.

Each morning a continental breakfast is served in the villa which includes fresh fruit, toast, tea or coffee. All other food and beverage requirements are on personal expense. There is a villa menu available with a selection of both western and Indonesian cuisine. The required food is bought fresh on a day to day basis by the head cook.

Rental rates include daily continental breakfast and a private return airport transfer.

Villa Inti meaning core – the center of the earth is situated in the scenic region of Canggu. Approximately 30 minutes from Bali's International Airport. This property is classified as a luxury villa and only a short drive from some of Bali’s most famous bars and restaurants.

  1. All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
  2. Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are charged on a per night basis
  3. Rates including Welcome drink, Full time staff
  4. In-house laundry service with moderate amount of laundry items in all other villas is at a complimentary service
  5. Food & Beverage, telephone, car rental, any loss and breakages are at additional cost.


PAYMENT TERMS

  1. To confirm any reservation a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
  2. Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation
  3. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
  4. No show - No refunds given
  5. Reservations are handled on first come - first serve basis

 

CHECK-OUT TIME

  1. Check-in time is 1400 hours. Check-out time is 1200 hours.
  2. Late check-out beyond 1400 hours will be charged at 50% of the rate.
  3. Full night applies after 2300 hours.
